Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to this website and its public content, fit checks, scheduling tools, checkout route and resources. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Free consultation scheduling is available through HighLevel. Booking a consultation does not purchase a service or authorize a charge. Online payment collection remains disabled. Before checkout is enabled, it must identify the contracting entity, applicable order terms and approved payment provider.

When website information becomes an order

General website content, examples and package comparisons are not by themselves a binding service agreement. A paid engagement is governed by the proposal, master services agreement, statement of work, order form or checkout terms presented for that purchase. Those signed or electronically accepted terms control if they conflict with general website content.

A direct purchase can be accepted only through an enabled secure checkout that identifies the service, contracting entity, one-time and recurring charges, scope, cancellation terms and incorporated policies before authorization. When checkout is disabled, no purchase is available. Third-party software, usage, messaging, telephony, advertising and payment-processing fees may be separate.

No earnings, revenue or performance guarantee

Business performance depends on many factors outside AEY's control, including market conditions, offer quality, pricing, staffing, sales execution, lead quality, customer demand, platform availability and client adoption. AEY does not guarantee revenue, profit, lead volume, search ranking, booked work, cost savings or any other business result.

Implementation examples explain architecture and scope unless expressly labeled as a verified performance study. Any future case-study metric will identify its baseline, measurement period, calculation and material limitations. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may use the public site for lawful internal business evaluation. You may not:

• interfere with the site, test for vulnerabilities without written authorization or bypass access controls;
• introduce malware, automated abuse, excessive traffic or deceptive submissions;
• scrape, harvest or use site content or contact information for unsolicited marketing;
• impersonate another person, submit information without authority or misrepresent project details;
• copy, resell, frame or commercially exploit substantial site content except as permitted by law;
• use AEY marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation; or
• use the site to violate law or the rights of another person.

Content, recommendations and errors

AEY aims to provide useful, accurate information, but websites and platform capabilities change. Content may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors. You should independently evaluate legal, tax, accounting, employment, cybersecurity and regulatory matters with qualified professionals. AEY's public content is not professional legal, tax or financial advice.

You remain responsible for business decisions, required notices and consents, customer communications, platform permissions, data quality, and how an implemented system is operated after delivery.

Intellectual property

The site design, original text, graphics, frameworks, arrangement and AEY marks are owned by or licensed to AEY and protected by applicable law. These Terms provide only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view and use public content for internal evaluation.

Ownership and license rights for client deliverables are defined in the signed service agreement. Client trademarks, data and materials remain subject to the client's rights. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship.

Third-party services and links

The site may refer or link to platforms such as HighLevel, payment processors, field-service tools or other providers. AEY does not control their availability, security, content, pricing or policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

Platform-independent recommendations mean AEY evaluates fit; they do not mean every provider is audited, endorsed or guaranteed. Integrations can fail, change or be discontinued and may require separate credentials, subscriptions and approvals.

Scheduling and communications

You represent that information submitted through the site or embedded HighLevel calendar is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Requesting an appointment authorizes AEY to use the information to create, manage and respond to that appointment through the contact methods you provide. Marketing calls or texts require the consent described at the point of collection and are not a condition of purchase.

Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive data through a public scheduling field. A fit-call booking does not create a paid engagement. Paid work begins only after the applicable order terms are signed or electronically accepted and the required payment is successfully authorized.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. AEY is not responsible for a business decision made solely from general website content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEY will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from access to—or inability to access—the free public site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a warranty that cannot legally be excluded. Liability, remedies and negotiated limits for paid client services will be stated in the signed agreement and should be reviewed with the parties' advisers.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your lawful use of the site, the accuracy and authority of information you submit, and decisions made from general public content. You may be responsible under applicable law for harm caused by unauthorized access, malicious submissions, intellectual-property infringement or other misuse.

Final commercial risk allocation—including any indemnification, monetary cap, insurance requirement or dispute process—belongs in the signed client agreement after the contracting entity and project risk are known. It is not established by this public website.

Suspension, changes and governing principles

AEY may restrict access to protect the site, users or systems, or in response to misuse. AEY may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes will be communicated reasonably based on the nature of the change.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without overriding consumer protections that cannot be waived. The specific governing law and dispute forum for a paid engagement will be stated in the signed client agreement after AEY's legal entity is finalized.

The legal contact page reports whether an approved channel is available. No legal request can be submitted from this controlled review build while the channel is pending. The required business identity and monitored legal contact details must be published before launch.
